One of the most dramatic years in recent history is drawing to a close, with the only constant being change.  The consequences of the Arab Spring, with regime change occurring across the Arab world, tsunami in Japan, followed by the nuclear accident, riots on the streets of many British cities, occupation of financial districts in major cities by opponents of the capitalist status quo, public sector strikes and marches against Government spending cuts, continued Eurozone debt and currency crises .... the list goes on.
