How do I register with you for new business?

Please contact our Agency applications via the website or call us on 01892 773329 or submit business and as part of new business processing we will contact you to set up an agency agreement . There is no need to contact us in advance of doing business. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

How long does it take from receipt of the money to issue the Tax-free cash on a new pension annuity?

The set up process is around 5 working days from receipt of funds from your pension fund provider.

How long is a rate guaranteed for when a smoker annuity quotation has been issued?

Smoker annuity rates are guaranteed for 2 calendar weeks from issue 

How can I speed up my client’s smoker annuity application?

Please check to ensure that all forms are fully completed, in particular the forms for the transferring scheme.

How often will you contact the transferring scheme ?

On receipt of your application, then two weeks later and then once a week. We will also be in contact should there be an annuity rate change.

When do you pay the commission on a smoker annuity?

Commission is usually paid at the beginning of the month following set up of the annuity.
