Responsible for the overall management of the Society and subsidiaries:

• Setting and maintaining policies for all operational functions
• Strategy development and implementation
• Setting and delivering an annual business plan and budget
• Ensuring Society has adequate resources to undertake operations
• Ensuring Society complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring the Board is kept informed on the affairs of the Society
